Tendinopathy

Tendons are the ropey tissue anchoring muscles to bone. They have slow metabolism, taking many months to adapt and heal. Overloading tendons, directing force through them that they are not designed to take, or direct trauma can all cause tendons to degenerate, becoming painful and able to tolerate less force (known as a tendinopathy). This can happen throughout the body for numerous reasons and needs early identification of what has happened, why and how to fix it. At The Re:PAIR Clinic, that’s exactly what we aim to do.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS
