Plantar Fasciitis

The inflammation of the Plantar Fascia ligament, which is located just beneath our foot, is referred to as plantar fasciitis. This discomfort is brought on by the ligament's excessive stretching for multiple reasons, including from loss of foot arch, repetitive exertional overload, as a consequence of muscular imbalance elsewhere such as calf or hip muscles and sometimes obesity. It can often be exacerbated by improper footwear and occupations like teaching or line workers that include a lot of standing.
