Golfer's Elbow aka Medial Epicondylitis

Injuries to the medial epicondyle tendon, which is located on the inside of the elbow joint, can result in golfer's elbow, also known as medial epicondylitis. The muscles in y our forearm all anchor into a common site which may become irritated if you use it excessively while engaging in a demanding or repeated task. This is known as the golfer's elbow because the common flexor origin there is particularly stressed during the golf swing.
